How is this different from buying online?
Online retailers like Blue Nile and James Allen mark up diamonds 20-40%. We source from the same wholesale market they use, but work as your agent — not as a seller. You get better stones at lower prices because we have no inventory to push.
What if I don't like any of the options?
No obligations at any point. The Basic tier is free, so there's zero risk in exploring. For Concierge and Rush, the fee covers the sourcing work — but we're confident you'll find something better than retail.
Are the diamonds certified?
Every diamond we source comes with a GIA certificate (the gold standard in diamond grading). We also verify the stone independently — checking light performance, proportions, and any issues not visible in the certificate.
How does shipping and returns work?
All diamonds ship fully insured via FedEx or Brinks. You have 14 days from receipt to return for a full refund — no questions asked. We handle the entire logistics chain.
